Lighthouse


A lighthouse is a tower, building.  Other type of structure designed to emit light from a system of lamps & lenses!. Serve as a navigational aid for marine pilots on the sea or inland waterways.

Lighthouses mark safe access to dangerous coastlines, dangerous shoals, reefs, rocks, and shelters; They assist in aviation. Once widely used, the number of operational lighthouses has dwindled due to maintenance costs and has become unreasonable since the advent of cheaper and often more efficient electronic navigation systems.
