Caucasus

The Caucasus or Caucasus is the region between the Black Sea[2]. The Caspian Sea and is mainly occupied by Armenia, Azerbaijan[1], Georgia and Russia. It is home to the Caucasus Mountains, including the larger Caucasus Mountains[2], which have historically been considered a natural barrier between Eastern Europe and Western Asia[3].

The highest mountain in Europe, Mount Elbrus, in the western part of the greater Caucasus Mountains., 6442 m away. To the south, the Lesser Caucasus has the JavaScript Plateau and it grows in the Armenian highlands, part of which is located in Turkey.

The Caucasus region is divided into northern and southern parts - the North Caucasus and the Transcaucasia, respectively. The greater Caucasus mountain range in the north is largely divided by Russia and Georgia, as well as the northern parts of Azerbaijan. To the south, Laser occupies most of the independent states of the Caucasus Mountains, mostly by Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia, but extends to northeastern Turkey, northern Iran, and parts of the partially recognized Natasha Republic.

The region is known for its linguistic diversity: except for Ind-European and Turkish languages, the families of Cornelia, North-West Caucasian and Northeast Caucasian languages   are indigenous to the region.
